Ways to Be Involved

Getting Involved at C&C

Parents, alums, and friends of C&C volunteer their time and talents to support the school’s vitality and inclusiveness. There’s something for everyone—grilling at the Spring Fair, participating in an affinity group, serving as an admissions ambassador, and many other opportunities. Below are several ways to get involved.

Feel free to reach out to communications@cityandcountry.org with any questions.

Parents Association (PA)
Every parent and parental figure is a member of the Parents Association. This important group reinforces our strong community by organizing key events like the Harvest Festival and Spring Fair, running the School Shoppe, and connecting parents within the Groups. Email papresident@cityandcountry.org to learn more.
Parent Affinity Groups and Family CLEI Committee

The Family CLEI Committee advocates for community life, equity, and inclusion among C&C families. This includes hosting separate affinity spaces for adults. While the school is open to additional groups, here is the current offering:

  • African-American/Black and/or Latinx Parents Affinity Group
  • Parents of Multiracial Children Affinity Group, and the
  • LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group
  • Jewish Parents Affinity Group
  • Affinity Group for Families Who Receive Tuition Assistance

To learn more about this group or any of the affinity groups, please connect with Kim Momoh, Director of Community Life, Equity, and Inclusion, at kimberlym@cityandcountry.org.

Admissions Ambassadors

Help prospective parents gain insight into our school by leading tours, answering questions, or welcoming visitors at an open house. Email admissions@cityandcountry.org for more details and to volunteer.

Fundraising Support
Parents can volunteer to help plan and execute the Spring Benefit or contact other families about donating to the C&C Fund. This is an excellent way to get to know other families while doing good for the school. If you are interested, contact Melissa Ritchie, Director of Development, at melissar@cityandcountry.org.
